About Me

As the founder of Parker Consulting LLC, I bring over a decade of Big 4 public accounting experience right here to the Cleveland, OH community and nationwide. My career has been built on a dual foundation of transaction advisory services and comprehensive assurance services, allowing me to offer a unique and holistic perspective to my clients.

My work in transaction advisory has placed me at the center of complex deals for a diverse range of clients, including public and private companies and leading private equity firms. I have provided critical financial due diligence on both buy-side and sell-side engagements, with transaction sizes ranging from small-scale acquisitions to deals exceeding $3 billion in purchase price. In this role, I focused on analyzing key accounting mechanisms within purchase agreements and worked closely with clients, management teams including C-suite executives, and external stakeholders to ensure a successful outcome.

As part of my assurance experience, I assisted clients with a variety of audit procedures for companies ranging from a few million in revenue to those exceeding $1 billion annually. This included performing both corporate and location-based audits, conducting opening balance sheet audits for new acquisitions, and navigating the complexities of first-year SOX compliance.

This deep, hands-on experience has equipped me with the insight and expertise to deliver exceptional value and a high-touch level of service to my clients.
